Senior Sales Executive

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for highly motivated, energetic individuals eager to make money and grow their careers in the Fintech Industry.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue by identifying potential clients, pitching our innovative financial solutions, and closing deals. With a lucrative commission structure based on your monthly sales, this role is perfect for those who are target-driven and looking to maximize their earning potential.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and generate new sales leads within the fintech space.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our financial products to potential clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets to unlock commission.
- Manage client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fintech industry trends and products.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong desire to succeed in a sales environment.
- High energy, self-motivated, and eager to earn.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Previous sales experience (preferably in fintech or financial services) is advantageous.
**Working Hours**:
- Shift-based: _
10:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 3:00 AM
Monday to Friday + Saturday or Sunday (6-day work week)
**What We Offer**:
- Base salary of R8,500 - R12,000 depending on experience.
- Great commission structure based on monthly sales.
