**ABOUT THE POSITION**:
Physical office is in Durbanville. Tourism, Finance & IT related. Negotiable Package depending on experience.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
- Clerical and administrative tasks
- Track and replace office supplies and manage office space
- Coordinate and run meetings and appointments with potential clients
- Assist colleagues
- Manage food procurement and inventory
- ACCOUNTING
- Finance: Assist with filing and invoicing update to Pastel
- HR: Staff documents, timesheets and salary run
- CEO: PA Support function
**REQUIRED SKILLS/ ABILITIES**:
- Knowledge and love of adventure tourism and the value of outdoor education
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent interpersonal
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- IT proficient
- Proficient with Sage Pastel, Excel & Word
**MUST HAVE**:
- Sage Pastel Qualification
- Accounting up to Matric / A levels
- Good understanding of accounting & business
