- Monthly Cost To Company (Market related, Negotiable)- A well-established market leader specialising in the manufacturing and distribution of seasoning blends requires the above to coordinate and ensure that all raw materials and food products are dispatched and received accurately and on time working closely with the operations manager.

**Minimum requirements for the role**:

- A minimum matric is required for this role.
- Must have good communication and people skills.
- Some basic warehousing experience will be an advantage but not essential.
- Previous experience having worked within a receiving and or dispatch role within the food or related manufacturing or distribution markets is preferred.
- Must be computer literate with basic excel skills.
- Previous experience having worked with Syspro is preferred but not essential.
- A forklift driver's license is preferred but not necessary.
- Coordinating and ensuring that all raw materials and food products are dispatched and received accurately and on time working closely with the operations manager.
- Assisting the operations manager with all aspects of warehousing and dispatching and receiving daily.
- Ensuring paperwork is completed correctly and kept orderly.
- Ensuring excellent housekeeping in storage areas, backyard and building surrounds.
- Liaising with pest control company and arranging fumigation of the building when needed.
- Transferring approved stock internally to their different warehouses.
- Ensuring that the correct stock is dispatched in the right quantities.
