- Develop training programs to provide employees with a thorough understanding of correct food handling procedures
- Manage inventory proactively, using “first in, first out” methods and rotating when necessary
- Conduct internal audits of food safety practices based on local and national guidelines, and recommend improvements where needed
- Mentoring small-medium businesses in the industry
- Must have knowledge of the ISO compliance standards for a fast food restaurants
- Turning around the businesses that are in distress
- Must know about running a franchise or managing one
- Knowledge of business administration and finance
- Must possess more than 10 years experience
- Must have a registered business

**Salary**: From R30,000.00 per month
