Orders Support Administrator

Attend to customer requests, queries and complaints
Construct and send quotations
Generate an submit Job Cards
Process orders and ensure lead times are met
Liaise with coordinators and give feedback to customers on ETA dates
Follow up on order confirmations, payments, and artwork approvals
Answer client calls and take accurate messages
Assist with returns, replacements and samples where necessary
Submit design and online store requests
**Qualifications and Experience**:
Matric - Essential
1 year sales/customer care experience
2 years strong administration experience
Office 365 and internet proficient
Great written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Great organisational skills
Able to handle a high stress, high volume, admin intensive position
