**Financial Administration**
- Responsible for the financial administration regarding payment certificate and invoice packs
- Ensure that all the fields are completed correctly, the calculations are correct as well as necessary signatures are present
- Ensure that the correct procedure is followed and submitted to the relevant departments
- Record Management - ensure that all documentation is scanned and filed correctly, data captured correctly
- PSP Payment advices - ensure all signatories sign and information is correct before submitting to head office for processing
- Purchase Orders - preparing purchase orders for any internal expenditures
- Petty cash - management and recon thereof

**PSP Tender Administration**
- Issuing of RFQ’s to pre-selected/registered tenderers
- Managing due date of bids - issue submitted bids to internal Programme Manager

**Professional Reviews**
- Issuing of review sheets and documentation to all disciplines in order to complete project review
- Collate received information and issue to project leader and relevant PSP
- Update project review list
