- Assist in the daily running of the Lodge operations.
- Front of House, hosting of guests.
- Coordinate Guest reservations, efficient check-in and check-out processes.
- Foster a friendly & welcoming environment.
- Ensure high - levels of Guest satisfaction.
- Duty/shift management - flexible working hours are required.
- Kitchen & Bar oversight, stock takes & ordering, taking care of assets.
- Cooking and preparing breakfasts/picnics/snacks and welcome baskets.
- Arranging guest activities and excursions as needed.
- Guest Liaison and driving to and from activities, local excursions and attractions.
- General office administration.
- Assist with general maintenance (garden, pool, etc.)
- Cleaning, washing, ironing, etc. - preparing house for guests
- Assist with security.
- Uphold excellent service standards.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum three years of experience in a similar roles in the hospitality guest-service environment.
- Excellent professional references.
- Fluent in professional-level English and ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Valid Drivers’ licence and First Aid certificates.
- Clean criminal record.
- Basic maintenance abilities (general handyman knowledge)
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, reliable, mature, punctual and professional.
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude, proactive, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, and commitment.
