About the Roles:
**Field Guide**:
As a Field Guide, you’ll be the heart of the safari experience, leading guests on incredible journeys through the African bush. You’ll play a vital role in educating guests about the diverse flora and fauna, creating memorable and safe wildlife encounters. This role offers you the chance to work in a luxurious setting while receiving top-notch training and professional development opportunities.

**Assistant Lodge Manager**:
The Assistant Lodge Manager will support the Lodge Manager in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the lodge. From overseeing guest services and ensuring the highest standards of hospitality, to managing staff and assisting in administrative duties, this role requires a blend of leadership, organisation, and a warm, welcoming approach.

**Requirements**:
**Field Guide**:

- FGASA Level 1 (NQF Level 2) certification
- Back-Up Trails qualification
- Current FGASA membership (paid up)
- Experience in a 5-star lodge (preferred)
- Valid driver’s licence
- Valid PDP (Professional Driving Permit)
- First Aid certification
- Proficiency in Rifle Handling

**Assistant Lodge Manager**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or lodge management
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Ability to handle guest relations with grace and professionalism
- Experience in staff management and administrative tasks
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
