**Synopsis**: We are seeking a responsible, dedicated, and experienced couple to manage and maintain a privately owned beach/holiday house in Gordons Bay. This live-in position involves housekeeping, maintenance, gardening, and general property management. Cooking skills are an advantage.

**Description**: As the caretaking couple, you will be entrusted with the upkeep and smooth operation of a luxurious beach house. Your primary duties will include daily housekeeping, property maintenance, and gardening. You will ensure that the house is always guest-ready and in pristine condition. Additionally, your role will involve preparing meals for the owners or guests, if required. Security and the overall management of the property will also be part of your responsibilities. This role requires a high level of organization, independence, and teamwork.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Housekeeping**: Perform daily cleaning, laundry, and maintain the house to always be guest-ready.
- ** Maintenance**: Conduct general repairs, manage utilities, and coordinate with service providers.
- ** Gardening**: Maintain the garden, handle landscaping tasks, and ensure outdoor areas are well-kept.
- ** Cooking**: Prepare meals for the owners or guests, if required.
- ** Security**: Ensure the property is secure at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- No children, dependents, or pets.
- Valid driver’s licenses.
