The ideal couple must have at least 2 years experience in a bush/lodge environment, ideally in a management position and be fully capable of running all aspects of a lodge.. Between the couple they also need the following additional skills:

- Must be a natural leader who can motivate a team and LEAD by example
- Must have valid driver’s license and PDP
- Must have exceptional command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Must be fully computer literate
- Must have strong interpersonal and HR skills
- Must have a passion for the environment and natural world
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced and remote environment
- Have exceptional attention to detail
- Be a confident team player with a positive attitude, enthusiasm and emotional control
- At least one of the couple must have guiding qualifications and experience (Knowledge and or interest of marine and fynbos an advantage)

Live in position, working cycle 3 weeks on and 1 week off.
