**Junior Recruitment Consultant**

IDM is growing quickly and needs a **Junior Recruitment Consultant **to join the People Team and will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing applicant tracking systems, and assisting with onboarding new hires for Internal and External vacancies.

**Tasks and responsibilities to be expected in the role**:

- Create and manage job postings on the ATS, ensuring accuracy and completeness of job descriptions, if required.

**Requirements we would like you to meet**:

- Minimum qualification National Diploma or equivalent in Organisational Psychology or Human Resources
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience
- Recruitment Agency experience will be advantageous
- Basic knowledge of Labour Law practices & Acts
- Recruitment system experience - beneficial
- Experience in coordinating tasks, meetings, interviews
- Experience working on Excel and Power Point, compiling reports and presentations
