Executive Personal Assistant

To maintain a professional, confidential, efficient, integral and level headed support system to the Chief Executive, Group CFO, Exco Team and Chairmen of the various pillars
- Provide all secretarial duties and functions pertaining to the role of being a personal assistant.
- Keep executive electronic diaries up to date
- Screening calls, assist with queries, and pass on queries to the relevant person where applicable.
- Arrange all local and international travel arrangements: flight bookings, hotel accommodation, car hire and itineraries
- Coordinating itineraries for both local and international guests
- Group’s function/conference coordinator
- Preparing executive and senior management packs
- Ensure compliance with governance and compliance policies and procedures
- Comply with Safety, Health and Environment standards
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Matric
- Post matric qualification preferable in Office Management or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive PA
- The ability to interact effectively at all levels, and to project a favourable image of the company
- Advanced computer literacy and experience in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet
- Document Archive system knowledge
