**Key Responsibilities**:
The position holder will be accountable for carrying out his or her duties in accordance with

Mercy Mission's core values, collaborating closely with the digital marketing team to create content for a variety of platforms and the printed materials, such as the website and social media platforms, and supporting and implementing distinctive content strategies for the events in motivating ways, ensuring consistency of the organizational brand.

**Duties and Tasks**:

- Have close communication with all team members from different departments,
- Carrying out extensive research on themes relating to the organization's activities/events in order to provide original content.
- To assist in creating a content strategy.
- Checking content for grammatical and consistency issues.
- Develop daily creative content for websites, blogs, articles, event descriptions, and social media.
- Telling stakeholder success stories in a professional and intelligent manner

- Creating scenario scripts for the various videos in line with the distinct vision of the digital marketing team, which consists of a photo/videographer, infographic designer, and motion graphic designer.
- Carrying out photography/videography in the photographer's/videographer's absence.
- Editing and refining current information to make it easier to read.
- Creating attention-grabbing headlines and body text to draw in the target stakeholders.
- Whenever necessary, represent Mercy Mission at significant outside events and initiatives.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the line manager that are related to the job purpose.

**Skills and Knowledge Required**:

- Outstanding editing and writing abilities.
- Capable of using every Microsoft Office program.
- Has photography/videography skills.
- The ability to deliver compelling stories in writing and an understanding of a number of editorial strategies.
- Has the capacity to work in a hurried setting.
- Has the capacity to manage several tasks at once.
- Has strong communication abilities.

**Education, Work Experience, and Willingness**:

- A diploma or degree in degree in communications, marketing, journalism,
- Related practical experience in the NGO/charity sector for 4-5 years in copywriting and creative content creation,
- The holder of this job has to be willing to work irregular hours, including some weekends, and has the ability to travel in order to acquire content.
