Mid-Weight Copywriter required to join corporate based in Umhlanga.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Marketing Management/English/Communications.
- Minimum 4 - 6 years’ experience in a copywriting/content management or similar role.
- Experience in Social Media, SEO, Adwords.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Be responsible for communication elements that are executed out of marketing across a broad spectrum of channels.
- Edit and proof work to ensure high editorial standards are met across all content outputs.
- Develop creative ideas and concepts across a variety of mediums for internal and external communication.
- Be a creative thought leader Brainstorm and conceptualise across multiple channels, especially in the Digital Marketing space.
- Develop creative campaign elements based on briefs received from various departments within the business.
- Be an expert in content optimisation and brand consistency.
- Produce well-written content that is SEO optimised.
- Use research to establish a strategy for reaching out to the target audience.
- Writing clear, persuasive, original copy.
- Maintain brand CI and DNA standards across all brands and media
- Create elements for interactive online learning using text, photographs, sound, animation, video, etc.
- Create visual solutions through the use of specialised and latest technologies
- Adapting and rolling out approved concepts to various media
- Make sure artwork is correct and supplied in the right format/size/colour codes
- Work on multiple briefs at the same time.
- Effectively articulate and support strategic and design decisions based on the brief and agreed strategy.
- Work in close collaboration with relevant game-changers to provide creative content and solutions, meet brand strategic requirements, and articulate in the correct brand voice.
- Liaise with stakeholders regarding design requirements, progress, rationale, and creative ideas.
- Juggle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities and tight schedules.
