HR Officer

Our client is looking for an HR officer to join their fast paced environment in Kempton Park.
**Duties**:
Responsible for the organisation’s human capital for approximately 2,300 colleagues
Managing a team of five HR professionals
Recruitment and selection process
Staff and new staff engagement process from sign on, enrolment to induction
Initiating disciplinary hearings and issuing dismissals
Employee relations from grievance resolution and disciplinary procedure management up to CCMA level.
Regulatory compliance champion to ensure HR policy and procedure compliance.
Advising senior management on human capital facets
HR related regulatory reporting and audit responsibility
Compile consolidated reports of performance data and recommend improvements
Ensure a culture of performance is entrenched
Colleague wellness programs
Ensure maintenance of documentation and records
Compiling weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
Provident fund submissions and authorisation
Provide training to senior and middle management on HR-related topics (time and attendance / performance management / IR)
Compile, implement and monitor succession plans
Compile annual EE report for approval and submission
Monitor and report EE plan progress
HR risk / compliance
HR Ad hoc tasks
Conducting exit interviews
**Educational requirements**:
**Minimum qualification**: a relevant post matric qualification
National diploma in human resource/post graduation or equivalent tertiary
**Experience required**:
Minimum of five or more years’ experience of the full spectrum of the human resource function.
Three of which should be in a senior / supervisory role
At least three years IR work experience, which must include CCMA representation level
Dealing with both internal and external stakeholders
Experience in a factory/manufacturing environment would be preferred
