About the Role
The Office Administrator will ensure seamless day-to-day operations in the Management office, supporting all related departments. This includes assisting the Vice President with daily tasks, handling sensitive information, and maintaining confidentiality.
- Manage daily tasks for the Vice President
- Handle confidential information and maintain strict confidentiality
- Support financial, procurement, asset control, and equipment maintenance functions
- Resolve operational queries, complaints, and claims
Responsibilities also include ensuring timely supply of office materials, managing stock, and ordering office furniture and equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing parking permits, assisting HR as needed, and handling invoice queries.
Key Requirements
- Grade 12 qualification
- Secretarial or relevant qualification
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
