Our client is one of South Africa's largest manufacturers of food packaging solutions. A **Call Centre Manager** is required to oversee internal sales, to make sure the customer's needs are met and stock is available, as well as to manage the Call Centre. The position will be based in Alberton.

**Duties**:

- Co-ordinate with monthly sales forecast and production planning, ensure that stock availability will meet back-order demands from customers.
- Analyse back orders and diagnose problems and deviations from the plan.
- Pro-actively feedback and report stock shortages to meet back-order demands.
- Manage the call centre department.
- Co-ordinate and liaise with production/warehouse/distribution and sales to ensure pro-active stock planning.
- Ensure accurate, timeous, and reliable pricing for our customers.
- Manage day to day operational activities in the call centre department.
- Manage the credit note process to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with granting credit notes.
- Ensure regular and appropriate customer liaison and good customer relations.
- Develop and deliver a world class customer service standard.
- Ensure regular contact with all key customers and distributors.
- Monthly reporting

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Internal sales/Sales related qualification.
- Minimum of 5 - 8 years call centre management experience.
- Syspro/ERP/Business central experience
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Micro-soft office experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership skills
- Fast thinker
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Motivated, honest, professional, and presentable
- Strong customer service skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent listener
