**Who are we**
We are a credit repair company, we help South Africans clear their credit records, get
out of debt review and enjoy lower installments on their debt repayments. We also assist
our clients in Blacklisting removal, Debt review removal and Debt mediation.
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our call center, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Hire, Onboard and train call center Personnel
- Ensure the call center achieve sales targets
- Loading mandate and capturing sales
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in forming and managing a team
- Good English skills
- Proficient in MS Office packages, especially Word and Excel
**SKILLS**
- Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of management principles and familiarity with company products, services, and policies.
- Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate employees.
