**Job description**

Respublica is looking for dynamic Call Centre Agents to join the team at Head Office. The individuals must be energetic and a self-starter that can interact and communicate with stakeholders at different levels.

To be successful in this position you need to be organized, be able to handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, identify customer needs as well as resolving complaints and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Identify customer needs, research issues, resolve complaints, and provide solutions.
- Maintain ownership of calls throughout the lifecycle of intake, including follow-ups
- Making Outbound Calls
- Answering Inbound calls
- Collecting and reporting on customer feedback
- Contacting the leads and conducting a sales pitch on why they should stay at Respublica.
- Nurturing the lead to the point of checking in
- Responding efficiently and accurately to callers and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
- Building lasting relationships with clients and other call centre team members based on trust and reliability.
- Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed

**Minimum Requirements**
- Higher education qualification
- 1 year experience in Call Centre
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office

**Technical Competencies**
- Selling Technique
- Proven sales record
- Computer Literacy (Office Suite)
