Executive Personal Assistant to CEO

We are seeking a remote Executive/Personal Assistant who is bright, helpful, organized, have a sense of humor, are a problem solver, have a sense of urgency, cheerful and confident.
**Design Duties**
- Managing correspondence between owner and team when owners are away
- Putting together digital design presentations and budgets for clients
- Communicating and scheduling clients & contractors
- Purchasing
- Errands as needed
- Social media updates
- Special projects as needed
- Clientresearch
**Operational/Admin duties**
- Owner's expense reports
- Scheduling of meetings
- Compliance and renewals of various licenses
- Assisting with pension, health, and other benefit documentation
- General filing
**Admin/Personal Duties**
- Scheduling travel
- Arranging vehicles maintenance
- Arranging property repairs
- Personal errands
- Ensuring owner requests are carried out
**Requirements**:
- Ability to travel
- Ability to go to after hours networking events
**Skills Required**:
- Previous job experience as an administrative, personal or executive assistant
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly Proficient in MS Office. An extremely high understanding of Excel is required.
- Associates degree or higher
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: R6,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month
