**WHAT IS YOUR ROLE**:
As an Account Executive, you will own the sales process for existing and potential clients.
**WHAT WILL YOU DO**:
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for creating, researching, consulting, and closing new opportunities for existing and potential clients. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Understanding what services we currently provide for our clients as well as future services we could offer
- Creating leads that fit Boldr’s ideal target demographic across various geographies
- Determining the best point of contact to get in touch with per opportunity
- Consulting with our existing and potential clients to understand what services they would benefit from
- Researching each client to have a good understanding of their business and use case
- Working with the Business Development team to align on communication strategies
- Networking with potential and existing clients to reach the appropriate stakeholders
- Collaborating with the Business Development team to price out specific solutions and offerings
- Owning the sales process and communication for new and existing clients
- Negotiating with existing and potential clients
- Monitoring and reporting on your own sales performance and funnel through sales tracking tools
- Coordinating with our broader team and internal stakeholders to implement your accepted solutions
- Responding quickly and setting proper expectations with clients
- Following up on action items and deadlines
**Requirements**:
YOU HAVE
- A Bachelor's/College degree or relevant experience in a discipline you’re passionate about
- Experience in outsourcing or professional services is preferred
- At least 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales
- At least 2-4 years of experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM
- At least 2-5 years of relevant sales experience
- A proven track record of career advancement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to understand and communicate complex ideas to customers
- The ability to interpret sales metrics and perform data entry
- Ability to accept feedback gracefully and with an open mind
- Experience communicating with a global clientele
- A Customer-focused mentality and ability to adapt/respond to clients with diverse backgrounds
