Business Development Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to join our team at ParcelHero. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the logistics and SaaS markets.
With a strong background in B2B sales and a proven track record of meeting and beating targets, you will be able to develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to warm leads and perform product demos to acquire new customers
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
- Commit to domain and subject mastery
- Hit and exceed new business sales targets
- Collaborate with our sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals and improving overall sales performance
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products/services in the market
- Manage and update Salesforce to accurately record sales pipeline
Requirements:
- At least 5 years B2B sales experience
- A proven track record of meeting and beating targets
- Great people skills, able to develop relationships and build rapport
- The ability to persuade, influence, and close
- Highly motivated, with the drive to be successful
- Great computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Salesforce, and other tech platforms/tools
- Experience demonstrating technology products/solutions
- Industry experience is highly desirable but not essential
