**Job Description
- As our Senior Systems and Reporting Administrator, you will be responsible for the following**:
**Provide support for SHE IM systems**
- Evaluate use and effectiveness of systems
- Address systems and data queries from users
- Review and confirm data integrity on the systems prior to reporting periods
- Update and maintain user access on transactional SHE system

**Responsible for operational Safety, Health, Hygiene and Environmental Reporting**
- Submit accurate, correct Safety, Health, Hygiene and Environmental information for internal reports within defined deadlines.

**SHE documents control and records management**
- Maintain Platinum Way Library for operation.
- Verify documentation in Platinum Way libraries conform to Group requirements

**This role is in the SHE Department at a C4 Level reporting to Senior SHE Specialist.**

**Qualifications
- (Please attach certificates for the below)**
- Grade 12/ NQF Level 5
- Administration qualification or related
- IOS Matrix Program (Advantageous)

**Experience and Technical Knowledge**:

- Work experience in the mining and/or processing industry.
- Experience working with transactional software systems.
- Experience in administrative function, specifically document control and records management
- Basic/general Safety background
- Legislation applicable to Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment
- Document control and records management
- Company Governance Policies, Procedures & Management Systems.
- Computer literacy
- Valid driving license
