Junior Bms Sales Representative

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Achieve growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identify leads, manage, and call on prospects and acquire new business.
- Determine customer needs and provide information to the estimators for quoting.
- Recommending solutions
- Visiting and quoting customers
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present monthly sales reports.
- Prepare and deliver quotations and follow up with key decision makers.
- Develop and maintain an awareness of market behaviour and competitive trends and respond accordingly.
- Regular meetings with the Service Department Managers to review weekly activities, progress, and pipeline insights to customers.
- Doing cold calls to expand customer base
- Any other functions the Manager may require the sales rep to perform or assist with from time to time.
**Desired Experience & Qualification**
- Matric
- Tertiary qualification advantageous
- At least 2 years' experience as a Technical Sales Rep
- Understanding and experience in Building Management Systems
- Experience in securing Service Level Agreements
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to recommend highly technical upgrades and improvements
- A good sales track record
- Exceptional communication skills
**Soft skills requirement**:
- Excellent Communication Skills, both Verbal and Written
- Strong negotiation, and presentation skills
- Must be MS Office literate (Intermediate to Advanced)
- CRM Management, Call Planning and Sales Reporting.
- Resilient, resourceful personality/character.
- Conflict management.
- Strong business acumen.
- Entrepreneurial flair with excellent time management skills.

- A self-starter, keen, ambitious, and hungry to get results. Relentless and experienced in reaching out to leads and generating sales
- Must have the ability to formulate and execute business plans.
- Must have the ability to function as part of a team as well as individually is critical.
- Must have Integrity, credibility, trustworthiness and professionalism(Non-negotiable)
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R18,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gauteng, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
