**JOB PURPOSE**

**Transit Advertising**
- Verify contracts from Sales for completeness, signatures, and necessary documentation
- Ensure all artwork adheres to transit specifications
- Coordinate with 3rd party providers for artwork mock-ups and confirm accuracy against customer submissions
- Verify proof of flighting against approved mock-ups and address discrepancies
- Provide clients with completion reports and update campaign tracking
- Reconcile monthly activity reports with 3rd party providers and resolve discrepancies
- Generate and send vehicle activity summary reports to clients monthly

**Operations**
- Ensure contract completeness and artwork submission
- Confirm inventory availability with the Mbombela team and instruct Accounts to invoice for production
- Handle limited availability by coordinating with Sales for renegotiation
- Oversee artwork sizing, printing, and flighting processes
- Ensure quality control and escalate issues as necessary
- Generate flighting reports and provide them to clients

**Digital Out of Home (DOOH)**
- Request Accounts for final invoicing upon successful campaign completion
- Verify contracts and artwork specifications for digital screens
- Manage artwork acceptance, scheduling, and flighting processes
- Update and distribute LED Board Playlists
- Collect and verify proof of flighting from various locations
- Monitor screen performance and escalate issues for resolution
- Consolidate and send monthly performance reports to clients

**Programmatic Buying**
- Monitor the programmatic buying system for new sales
- Verify and approve new artwork quality and compliance
- Create and manage deals on the programmatic buying system, providing deal numbers to clients

**Airtime Rewards**
- Verify contract completeness and manage cellphone number submissions
- Ensure correct formatting and upload of cellphone numbers
- Allocate and confirm reward packages and generate completion reports for clients

**Vouchers**
- Oversee the artwork creation and approval process for vouchers
- Coordinate with Design Team and 3rd party providers for voucher production
- Manage proofing and distribution reporting processes
- Ensure billing instructions are sent post-client approval

**Internal Sales**
- Engage with previous and current customers to renew or upsell services
- Conduct cold calls to potential customers
- Manage the renewal process for expiring contracts

**Administration**
- Consolidate and process monthly fuel and expense claims for the team
- Manage calendars and assist in performance reporting and scheduling
- Hold weekly supplier meetings to resolve queries and improve efficiencies
- Ensure compliance and update company documents and approvals

**SKILLS**
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

**EDUCATION**
- Matric
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

**EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital out-of-home advertising or related media field
