We are seeking a vibrant Administrative Assistant to join our team at Canterbury on Clare. You will be responsible for providing general and administrative duties as well as answering the phones and greeting customers and visitors to our department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answers and transfers phone calls.
- Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.
- Maintains filing systems as assigned.
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
- Coordinates and schedules booking of vehicles and liaising with clients.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Establishes and maintains record systems and files.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.

**Requirements**:

- Matric certificate
- Driver’s licence
- Covid 19 Vaccination Certificate
- Good communication and administrative skills
- Female aged between 19 & 25.

**Job Type**: Part-time
