Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the SolarQuest team, including executives and department managers.
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist with the organization and coordination of company events and meetings.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth interdepartmental communication and workflow.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Manage and reconcile expense reports and invoices.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional and friendly demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and tasks.
- Knowledge of the renewable energy industry or interest in sustainable energy is a plus.

Education and Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Additional certification or training in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in administrative roles is highly desirable.
