Sales Turnaround Manager

A Petroleum company requires a Sales Turnaround Manager, reporting to the General Manager, to oversee the success of critical initiatives and drive retail and commercial fuel sales.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Sales**
- Ensure All Business Plan volume targets and Business Plan KPIs are achieved
- Monitors monthly performance and agreed action plans to ensure targets achieved
- Report site progress and recommendation to management team

**2. Network Development**
- Identifies new commercial and retail service station opportunities for business for the group which includes
- Monitors and regularly conducts field visits and research to establish competitor activity
- Networks within industry

**3. Competitor Reporting and Analysis**
- Devises and develops site and area specific strategies to counter any aggressive competitor activity.
- Gathers information and supporting documentation to assist with the reporting.

**4. Foreign Fuel**
- Oversee fuel ordering to response to foreign fuel
- Escalation process with repeat offenders till Legal

**5. New Franchisee Selection Process**
- Assist the General Manager in managing the Franchisee selection process at all levels, which may include:

- Coordination of Business Plan submission, presentation and feasibilities

**6. Stakeholder Relations**
- Manage and maintain relations with retailers and franchises in the network
- Establish customer satisfaction in respect of service standards, customer care and customer responsiveness.

**Requirements**:

- 5 years working experience in the Fuel Industry **(Compulsory)**:

- Located in Cape Town
- Travel required 5-10 days per month nationally
- Compliance functionality
- Marketing experience
- Advance computer literacy and systems orientated
- English and Afrikaans language
