Commercial Support Administrator

**Job Purpose**:
The Commercial Administrator is responsible for ensuring the efficient and professional delivery of administrative processes to support the day to day running of a busy commercial office and the Commercial Team. To support all administration functions for both internal and external stakeholders Nationally within BIL. To produce reports, including activity, statistical and consolidated national reports. Work on CRM and other commercial system platform.

- Matric/Grade 12
- Any tertiary qualification, national diploma or degree advantageous
**Experience**:
- Three years experience - preferably in the Freight Forwarding, Shipping and Logistics environment.
- Applicants should be computer literate.
- Above average communication skills, reading, writing and speaking.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills.
- Project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office.
- Marketing qualification or experience will be advantageous.

- Support the National Commercial team and management with all commercial related tasks and projects.
- Produce accurate reports as per requirements set out.
- CRM and Microsoft 356 Dynamics, other system support and report management.
- Interact with all staff where necessary on internal marketing initiatives. Social media, BIL Internal and External Communication platforms.
- Assist with organisation of internal and external events.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the National Commercial team.
- Assist with client marketing material including presentations, invitations, golf days, conferences, brochures, exhibitions, initiatives etc.
- Compile multiple monthly reports for the Commercial MANCO.
