- Level 5 - A certificate from two-year College or technical school with a logistics and SCM focus. additional qualifications in business administration or related field is a plus.
- 1 year experience in a related environment.
- FMCG industry experience (advantageous)
- Moderate understanding of IT technology
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale systems and processes is advantageous.
- Previous experience in administrative support roles
- Previous experience in CRM systems advantageous eg SalesForce

**SUMMARY OF POSITION / DUTIES**
- Create and update POS Tracker
- Reconciliation of point of sale
- Client communication management
- Call form Report Archive Management
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Client Services Manager.
- Compile and maintain accurate spreadsheets and databases for various projects related to the P&G account
- Assist in managing ad hoc queries related to operations and provide timely solutions.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive interpersonal relationships.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to gather information and address inquiries promptly.
- Generate reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Provide additional support in handling client inquiries and resolving issues.
