**About the Administrator: Technical Support B2B**
**Administrative Assistant responsibilities are**:
- Arrange and co-ordinate Field service support, appointments and travels
- Participate in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and trends.
- Organize database lists and filing systems
- Review and update ROC policies and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to handle requests and queries from clients
- Attending customer technical support requests received telephonically or electronically.
- Logging of tickets /keeping in contact with progress of tickets and closing off tickets. Keeping track of this process internally from an administrative perspective as well as reconciling tickets on a weekly report basis.
**Administrative Assistant requirements are**:
- At minimum a Matric or NQF 4 level qualification
- 2+ years' experience of working in an administrative support environment
- Significant experience with administration management systems and procedures
- Good practical experience with MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Strong time management and problem solving skills with the ability to prioritize work
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with close attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

- Computer literacy - highly Computer literate and comfortable with basic technical aspects of common operating systems with Microsoft Office general excellence
- Competent Professional business written and verbal communications skills. The ability to express yourself clearly and effectively within the company.
- An ability to provide excellent customer service - Service focus by responding to Internal customers' needs by doing it right the first time.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-through skills. Disciplined Approach by being Punctual, Strong Attendance Record, getting back to customers, suppliers, and internal staff, and returning calls.

- An ability to respond quickly and accurately to requests
- A creative outlook with a problem-solving attitude.
