This role reports to strategic communications Director, Africa

**What You will Do**:

- Leads the development, creation and implementation of project-based communications ensuring plans are fully synchronized with our Africa Operating Unit strategies and Global narrative.
- Develops and initiates strategies and content to drive measurable value for the business through internal employee engagement.
- Coordinates with global communications teams, bottling partners and other functions to ensure consistency of plans and messaging.
- Executes strategy for employee communications and channels for the Africa Operating Unit

**Role Requirement**

**Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
- 8+ years of previous working experience in internal and leadership communications for large global company.
- Experience in managing all aspects of internal communications for the organization.
- Experience in developing the content for and producing written and visual communications for internal audiences.
- Experience in change management and process improvement strategy and planning involving general business processes, corporate/market initiatives, mergers & acquisitions and/or organization structures.
- Experience in developing a program and strategy to communicate to all employees the organization's policies and programs.
- Experience in developing communication channels to ensure all employees are well informed.
- Amazing influencing and negotiation skills
