WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Reporting to the GhostPractice Head of Client Services, with collaboration from the GhostPractice CEO, you will demonstrate the GhostPractice product to identified targets both in-person and online, and generate leads through networking opportunities to build and maintain relationships with clients and key prospects.
Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Understanding the legal industry and market segment, and integrating this knowledge into consultative selling.
2. Demoing the product to clients and closing deals, following through with the full end-to-end sales cycle, and cross-selling other group products to both new and existing clients.
3. Maintaining relationships with material clients throughout the post-sale system implementation process, and building industry relationships to benefit the business, product, and sales activities.
4. Taking responsibility for achieving personal sales targets and assisting the team in achieving company-wide targets.
5. Providing regular reporting to management on all sales activity.
6. Researching, developing, and growing related markets to sell GhostPractice or similar applications.
7. Collaborating with the global Business Development team on global sales strategies and assisting with implementation in Southern Africa.
8. Maintaining knowledge of competitors to strategically position the company’s products and services.
9. Participating in internal and external marketing events and trade shows.
10. Traveling throughout Southern Africa as needed to understand the markets and drive sales activity.
11. Testing and providing feedback on new software releases.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE CONSIDERED?
To thrive in this role, you will need:
1. Experience with the legal industry; legal practice management experience would be beneficial.
2. Sales or customer relationship management experience.
3. Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally for business events and client visits.
4. Excellent communication skills with senior decision-makers.
5. A proactive approach to problem solving and business development.
6. Eagerness to learn and openness to new ideas.
7. Able to work independently and as part of a wider team.
