Within the next 10 years, we plan to reach 250,000 children around the world. Dibber is looking for an inspiring marketing leader in the role of Marketing and Communications Manager who can support us in the growth journey and lead the global and local market teams by example.

**ABOUT THE POSITION**

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic marketer capable of engaging in big-picture strategic thinking as well as detail-oriented implementation to join our management team as a full-time Marketing and Communications Manager. **CORE ROLE**
- Responsible for managing Dibber’s marketing and communication initiatives in South Africa.
- Define and create all marketing communication toward the market in South Africa.
- Collaborate with Dibber marketing colleagues around the world to define the marketing strategy and tactics to improve brand awareness and increase fill rate.
- Responsible for utilizing and cooperating with the global marketing agency, selected by Dibber global, to implement marketing strategies.
- Driving conversion activities by following up on leads in collaboration with the Principal and Operations Manager to ensure smooth admission for parents.
- Report marketing and conversion results to Country Director / Operations Manager.
- Assist in the analysis of current content marketing and social media marketing efforts to build short & long-term strategies by identifying opportunities and implementing best practices as well as new procedures to meet brand marketing and PR goals and inbound marketing objectives.
- Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience.

**Marketing Strategy**
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans and communication with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Responsible for local customer journey consisting of all touch points and steps until a Parent becomes a customer. (Brand Awareness/Consideration, first visit, Conversion).
- Responsible to develop, manage, and operate on a local Lead Generation Model for acquiring new customers.

**Position Overview**
- Overall responsible for all marketing activities towards the market
- Overall responsible for driving potential customers (leads) to the preschools through marketing activities in digital and physical channels.
- Responsible for driving the fill rate in Dibber preschools according to targets for Dibber in the country and in specific preschools.
- Following up on leads and driving conversion activities to ensure enrolments.
- The Marketing and Communications Manager will be a part of a Global Collaboration Team, working in a global matrix. The Marketing and Communications Manager will collaborate with other Marketing Managers around the world to create strategies and share best practices and know-how that will support Dibber in reaching our growth ambitions.

**PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES**
- It is expected that the Marketing and Communications Manager can work independently and systematically, and at the same time collaborate with the Operations and Growth team in South Africa and Collaboration Team for marketing on a global level.
