**Overview**:

As a CRM Admin at our agency, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimising our customer relationship management (CRM) system to enhance our client relationships and drive business growth. The Sales team will always be on the road with client, this person will need be the physical connection in the office (strictly office bound).

**Key responsibilities**:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all CRM-related inquiries and support requests.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date client information, interactions and communications.
Monitor data quality and integrity, regularly performing data cleaning and deduplication tasks.
Collaborate with sales, marketing and customer service teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the CRM.
Customise and configure the CRM to align with business requirements, including creating custom fields, workflows and reports.
Generate and analyse CRM reports to provide insights into client behaviour, trends and performance metrics.
Support the implementation of CRM-related integrations and enhancements, working closely with IT and external vendors.
Stay informed about CRM updates, industry trends, and best practices to recommend and implement system enhancements.
Assist in the development and execution of CRM training materials and documentation

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing
Proven experience (3-5 years) working as a CRM Administrator or similar role, preferably in an advertising agency or marketing environment.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and data management tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data-driven insights.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey CRM-related information to diverse audiences.
Ability to collaborate and build relationships across departments to drive CRM adoption and improvement initiatives.
Knowledge of marketing and advertising concepts is a plus.
Relevant certifications in CRM administration (e.g. Salesforce Administrator, HubSpot CRM Certification) are advantageous.
