**Hotel Revenue/Yield Manager**

A short-letting business with 300-400 rooms seeks a dynamic Revenue/Yield Manager to maximise profitability through strategic pricing, inventory distribution, and data-driven revenue management practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Revenue Strategy**:
Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimise room revenue and occupancy. Use demand forecasting and yield management techniques to balance rates and occupancy.
- ** Pricing & Inventory**:
Set and adjust rates based on demand and market trends. Manage inventory across channels, including OTAs, the company website, and GDS, utilising dynamic pricing models.
- ** Market Analysis**:
Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and demand patterns. Conduct market research and maintain competitive benchmarking.
- ** Performance Monitoring**:
Track key metrics (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy). Analyse performance reports and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- ** Channel Management**:
Oversee distribution channels, focusing on increasing direct bookings and reducing reliance on high-commission platforms. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimise strategies.
- ** Collaboration**:
Work closely with front office, reservations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure cohesive revenue operations.
- ** Forecasting & Reporting**:
Develop accurate revenue forecasts and budgets. Prepare detailed reports and present performance insights to senior management.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, economics, or a related field preferred.
- ** Experience**:

- 3-5 years of experience in revenue or yield management in hospitality or short-term rentals.
- Proven success in managing pricing and inventory for large-scale operations (300-400 rooms).
- ** Skills**:

- Strong analytical abilities with expertise in revenue management software and PMS.
- Proficiency in OTA platforms and GDS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with attention to detail and adaptability.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time role (typically 40 hours per week), with occasional evening or weekend work during peak periods.
- Based in the office, with occasional site visits if required.
