ASI Financial Services has an exciting opportunity for an **OFFICE ASSISTANT. **This role reports to the Business Relationship Manager providing support to the office of the CVO of the ASI Group of Companies.

**Qualifications and experience**
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload.
- Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
- Excellent ‘follow-up’ skills

**Duties**
- Record keeping and filing.
- Handling incoming calls and/or written correspondence.
- Welcoming clients and visitors, as needed.
- Making travel arrangements; and be open to national travel.
- Ability to interact with high profile clients and executives.
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Project co-ordination.

**Competencies**
- Solid Excel, PowerPoint and Word abilities.
- Planning and organising.
- Attention to detail.
- Problem solving.
- Deadline Driven.
- Ability to work under pressure.
