Personal Assistant

We’re looking for an eager, highly motivated, detail-orientated Administrator and Personal Assistant.
Responsible for administrative matters relating to the Financial and Property Market. Previous experience in the financial industry would be beneficial. Excellent telephonic skills and eloquence preferred.
Responsibilities include:
- Tele-canvassing and Customer Relationship Management
- Maintaining databases and digital filing
- Uploading documents to various portals
- Assisting with digital marketing
- Administering client Reviews
- Staying up to date with the latest market trends
- Ad-hoc personal assistant tasks when required
Requirements and skills
- Bachelor’s Degree - preferably in administration
- Own Transport plus driver’s licence
- Must live no more than 20min from Bryanston
- Relevant experience as an administrator would be preferred
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise to meet schedules and deadlines is a must
- Good phone etiquette
- Sound interpersonal skills and confident communicator both oral and written
- Strong Reporting skills
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
- Self starter
- General knowledge and eager to learn
- MS Office Suite knowledge and experience: Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook,
- Previous experience would be advantageous in the following:
Blueprint, Advise Plus, CRM, SalesFoce, Workbench, Lightstone
- Training will be provided
- Ability to use social media platforms to source market stock and clients
