Property Assistant Manager

Property assistant manager. (Remote)
Job Overview: (8hrs a day)
To provide outstanding customer service to the guests and the potential guests. To oversee the management of the short stay service and the properties. To report repairs and other related activities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Guest Management:
enquiries, providing information, accepting requests, declining requests & background checks.
- Check In & Check Out: providing the guest with the lockbox code, and a picture of exactly where to find the lockbox outside the property.
- General Support: Providing instructions to the guest about various aspects of their stay e.g where to find something, how to use something, how to do something etc. This will be online and also via WhatsApp Business. Providing the guest with the guidebook where necessary.
- Early, Late, Extra & Deposit: Coordinating early check-ins and/or check-outs where applicable. Collecting upfront payment via the Resolution Centre for this service. Occasionally, you will also use this service to take payment for part of a stay if the main calendar is blocked due to having reached 90 nights. Based on the guest not meeting certain requirements, a security deposit will be taken using this service too.
Property Management:
- House-Keeping: Updating the cleaning rota and liaising with the cleaning managers/teams regarding various matters pertaining to the property.
- Damage & Repairs: Requesting information and videos and/or photos from the guest or
cleaning team of any maintenance issues reported in the property.\
- Maintenance: Recording all maintenance issues and/or concerns expressed by the guest or the cleaning team onto Basecamp, and to the relevant personnel. Organising for the issue to be fixed. Following up to ensure these the issue is being dealt with
**Salary**: R7 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month
