- To generate and enable desirable, viable, feasible, and sustainable solutions that meet customer needs where required run the end-to-end enablement of the digital strategy, feasibility and execution of all allocated initiatives across various digital channels ensuring the results successfully meet and maximise both the internal and end customer's needs. To drive and enable delivery lead by data, continuous feedback and experiential metrics throughout the delivery life cycle. Ensure the focused deliveries are underpinned by ‘core strategies of digital, the cluster and the Bank”, leveraging best in class digital technologies, real-time data and customer experience best practices. To ensure the technical solution and delivery process which under pins the execution is scalable, resilient and setup for continuous delivery. Support, coach and guide thought leadership in the organisation.**Responsibilities**:
- Act as key support and enabler for the Digital Channel and organisational digital enablement Heads
- Identify, research, and analyse feasibility of business and client value opportunities / Gaps and develop the Epic hypothesis, lean business cases and where applicable the feasibility analysis to drive the required strategies.
- Drive a customer-centric mindset that focuses the entire organization on creating desirable, viable, feasible, and sustainable digital solutions.
- Continuously explores the Solution Context, gathering qualitative and quantitative insights about market dynamics and client preferences leveraging both business and technical strategy to produce the hypotheses that fuel the Continuous Delivery Pipeline
- Examines incoming value propositions and determines whether it contains enough business value and aligned to the strategies to be supported
- Enable and influence the enterprise digital delivery road maps to drive business efficiency and improved client experience.
- Ensuring that enterprise (e.g., cross-cluster or cross-segment cross functional teams) are collaborated to drive the digital commercially strategies.
- Provides support and enablement to key functions in the operational value stream to ensure the full value of every release is realized and tracked.
- Input into the vision and coach the heads of functions to achieve the goals within set timelines for the responsible digital value propositions.
- Enable the deliver on financial commitments as stated in the performance scorecard through close monitoring of expenditure of digital initiatives.
- Enable strategy execution by ensuring that appropriate systems and processes are in place to govern the digital initiative in a risk mitigated manner.
- Enhance operational effectiveness and efficiencies through data driven insights whilst ensuring required support of the data collection and integrity of data for business processes is maintained.
- Input and implement on the strategy to build a differentiated culture of continuous improvement through automation and digitisation centred in gold standard research.
- Facilitate compliance by aligning digital processes with compliance needs.
- Ensure the constructs of risk, governance and compliance are addressed by managing through organization entities, processes and embedding in the day-to-day client operations of the Cluster.
- Leverages the Continuous Delivery Pipeline to inform release value supporting segments, customer needs, and market rhythms to achieve maximum business and client value by deploying the right product to the customer at the right time.
- Build and sustain relations to ensure satisfied shareholders, stakeholders, customers, and staff.
- Provide robust feedback to enterprise executives on business and technology performance, roadmaps and strategies that will drive the futureproofing of the digital business.
- Ensure all business areas of the digital initiative and related decisions are aligned on the executional parameters of the business operations by engaging and communicating regularly with stakeholders.
- Ensure excellence in delivery by contracting with stakeholders regarding service levels and managing and monitoring operational delivery accordingly.
- Ensure continued satisfaction of stakeholders by identifying and addressing issues or concerns.
- Facilitate stakeholder awareness through regular operational reporting.
- Strive to enable digital client experiences which enable streamlined business processes through frictionless experiences.
- Establish transformation agenda and journey to drive cluster and change efficiency to influence new operational model
- Collaborate closely with Product Owner and Product Manager chapters regarding their practices, principles, and ways of working.
