The Principal Digital Transformation Enablement Specialist holds responsibility for assessing, evaluating readiness, designing strategic transformation plans, and executing and implementing NTT's intricate to highly intricate digital technologies to enhance both employee and customer experiences, operational efficiency, and productivity. This position focuses on harnessing the potential of digital technologies and user experience design principles to enhance the organization's digital roadmap. Monitoring competitive trends, comprehending consumer/client needs, and integrating trends and alterations in digital transformation that support various stakeholders are key aspects of this role.

At NTT, your role will entail:

  • Leading the development and implementation of a clear generative AI strategy that aligns with the organization's vision and business objectives.
  • Spotting opportunities for generative AI and innovation across different departments and functions.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure coordination and partnership on digital ventures.
  • Implementing generative AI technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance operational efficiency and enrich customer experiences.
  • Ensuring seamless integration of new AI technologies with existing systems and processes.
  • Devising change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during generative AI initiatives.
  • Offering leadership and guidance to ensure employees accept and adopt new AI technologies and practices.
  • Assessing current business processes and pinpointing optimization, automation, and standardization opportunities using generative AI.
  • Leading process enhancement endeavors to drive efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization using generative AI.
  • Utilizing data analytics and insights for informed decision-making and evaluating the impact of generative AI initiatives.
  • Teaming up with external partners, vendors, and solution providers to leverage their expertise and assets for successful generative AI implementation.
  • Supervising training programs to enhance employees' proficiency in utilizing new AI technologies, tools, and processes effectively.
  • Identifying and rectifying potential risks associated with generative AI endeavors, including data security and compliance.
  • Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to gauge the success and influence of generative AI efforts.
  • Regularly updating executive/senior leadership and stakeholders on progress.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Drawing on extensive knowledge across functional domains to steer the application of existing policies and principles and steer the evolution of new policies and concepts within the function.
  • Possessing a thorough understanding of generative AI technologies and their potential business applications.
  • Demonstrating robust leadership and personnel management abilities, inspiring and propelling teams towards shared objectives.
  • Showcasing exceptional communication and collaboration skills, fostering strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Displaying strategic thinking, crafting innovative solutions to intricate problems and thinking creatively.
  • Exhibiting strong analytical and problem-solving proficiencies, making decisions reliant on data.
  • Having a solid grasp of change management principles and practices, effectively steering transitions and encouraging the adoption of new technologies and processes.

Educational Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
  • Certifications in pertinent areas like Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Digital Transformation Professional (CDTP) are advantageous.
  • ITIL Foundation (minimum) or higher
  • SIAM – Service Integration and Management Foundation would be beneficial.

Prior Work Experience:

  • Sustained proven experience in a similar capacity within a global Information Technology organization
  • Sustained proven experience in facilitating digital transformation initiatives, technology adoption, or change management within an Information Technology environment.
