Your day at NTT DATA

The Principal Digital Transformation Enablement Specialist is responsible for the assessment, readiness evaluation, strategic transformation plan design, and tactical execution and implementation of NTT's complex to highly complex digital technologies to improve employee and customer experiences, operational efficiency and productivity. This role specialises in applying the potential of digital technologies and user experience design principles to bring improvements to the organisation's digital roadmap. This role monitors competitive trends, understands consumer/client needs and applies trends and changes in digital transformation supporting a broad range of stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Leads the development and driving of a clear generative AI strategy aligned with the organization's vision and business goals.Identifies opportunities for generative AI and innovation across various departments and functions.Works closely with cross-functional teams, including I&T, TIS, GBS, and other business or project teams, to ensure alignment and collaboration on digital initiatives.Leads the implementation of generative AI technologies, tools, and platforms to drive operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.Ensures seamless integration of new AI technologies with existing systems and processes.Develops change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during generative AI initiatives.Provides leadership and guidance to ensure employees embrace and adopt new AI technologies and practices.Evaluates existing business processes and identifies opportunities for optimization, automation, and standardization using generative AI.Leads process improvement efforts to drive efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization using generative AI.Utilizes data analytics and insights to make informed decisions and measure the impact of generative AI initiatives.Collaborates with external partners, vendors, and solution providers to leverage their expertise and resources for successful generative AI implementation.Oversees training programs to upskill employees in using new AI technologies, tools, and processes effectively.Identifies and addresses potential risks associated with generative AI initiatives, including data security and compliance.Defines key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of generative AI efforts.Regularly reports progress to executive/senior leadership and stakeholders.

Has a strong understanding of change management principles and practices, with the ability to effectively manage transitions and drive adoption of new technologies and processes


Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Business, or a related fieldCertifications in relevant areas, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Digital Transformation Professional (CDTP), are advantageousITIL Foundation (minimum) or higherSIAM – Service Integration and Management Foundation would be advantageous


Required Experience:

Significant proven experience in a similar role within a global Information Technology organisationSignificant proven experience in facilitating digital transformation initiatives, technology adoption, or change management within an Information Technology environment
