Compliance Administrator - Florida West Rand Gauteng.

GCI Wealth is an authorised financial services provider. Working closely with the Compliance Manager and the Management Team you will be responsible to for the ongoing process of monitoring and assessing procedures and policies to ensure they comply with the financial industry standards.

GCI is currently seeking to employee Compliance Administrator to support the Compliance Manager in the administration of the compliance requirements and ensuring that sound record keeping is in place.

The role will include the following:

- Ensure that the Register and filing Maintenance across all FSP’s i.e., Wealth, Health, Short Term and Employee Benefits are in place.
- This includes the Representative Register, CPD Register, Gift Register, Competence Register, Complaints Register.
- Maintain and keep up to date the Representative compliance files.
- Ensure the completeness of electronic filing system.
- Ensure the internal policy maintenance are done annually.
- Delivering of Adhoc compliance work that will support the Compliance Manager these included but are not limited to, such as the review of the Welcome Packs.
- Following up on administrative tasks arising from Compliance meetings with external compliance support.

To qualify for this position the successful incumbent must at least have an NQF qualification or similar qualification and 2-3 years’ experience in a similar administrative role in an FSP. An RE 5 certificate will be advantageous. Attention to detail and good judgement and organizational skills are necessary to make a success of this position.
