**Purpose of the Job**:
We are seeking a People & Culture Advisor to provide specialist Human Resource support by facilitating sound labour relations, assisting in recruitment, selection, placement, and onboarding, and promoting a safe and inclusive workplace environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment**: Facilitate recruitment process, from advertising to onboarding. Advise managers on recruitment practices.
- **Labour Relations**: Ensure adherence to labour legislation. Manage disputes, conduct disciplinary hearings, and keep abreast of changes in legislation.
- **Learning and Development**: Induct new employees, conduct training for Team Leaders and Managers, and guide personal development for employees.
- **Payroll**: Liaise with payroll department regarding salary changes, generate reports, and manage termination processes.
- **HR Operations**: Generate reports, update staff movements, maintain relationships with Business Unit managers, and conduct exit interviews.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- HR or relevant qualification
- Experience in a HR generalist role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Sound knowledge of Labour Legislation and CCMA procedure
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills
