**Purpose of role**

As the Head of People at 1Nebula, you play a pivotal role in shaping the human capital that propels our company to new heights. Through your leadership, we aim to embrace the challenge of guiding our talented team toward a smarter future, where innovation is not just a goal but a way of life.

**About the role - Key Responsibilities**:

- Cultivate a Smarter Culture: Foster an autopoietic culture that champions self-organization, creativity, and adaptability. Enable employees to self-organize and innovate, ensuring that each member contributes to the self-sustaining brilliance of 1nebula.
- Strategic Workforce Planning: Develop and execute strategic workforce plans aligned with 1nebula's growth trajectory. Understand the unique skill sets required for cutting-edge SaaS development and marketplace enablement, ensuring that our team remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Talent Acquisition and Retention: Implement a targeted talent acquisition strategy, attracting individuals who resonate with our purpose of a smarter way. Additionally, focus on retaining top talent by providing an environment that nurtures personal and professional growth.
- Learning and Development: Design and execute comprehensive learning and development programs to enhance the skill sets of our team. Facilitate a culture of continuous learning, ensuring that employees are equipped to tackle the challenges of building pioneering SaaS platforms.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives that boost employee engagement and satisfaction. Leverage feedback mechanisms to understand the pulse of the organization and make data-driven decisions to enhance the workplace experience.

**More About You - (Role requirements)**:

- You are driven and passionate about people and business
- You posses a Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related (essential).
- You have 6+ years of experience in an HR Leadership role
- You possess excellent organizational skills, and team management skills
- You work comfortably under pressure and are able to meet tight deadlines.
- You have excellent Business Acumen and are always willing to push the boundaries of HR
- You have experience in drafting and implementing a people strategy across business.
