**Role purpose**:
The main focus of the role will be maintaining and updating the information on our Provider database, including obtaining and recording all regulatory and compliance documentation for our Network partners.
**_ Key Responsibilities:_**
Responsible for managing and maintaining our Provider database, ensuring all information is current and accurate
Supporting the Network team with all appropriate administrative needs
Ensure that all Supplier certification and insurance coverage is correct and up to date
To have a strong focus on managing financial efficiency via the medium of supplier management and cost containment
Manage any queries received from our Network in relation to billing and issues, escalating or responding as appropriate
Responsible for managing relationships with lower tier suppliers and medical facilities
Maintain the centralised MI and performance management database for our key suppliers and Third Party Administrators
Support the IPMI team and Dental Network manager with their Network requirements
Assist the Network team with the Identification and Onboarding of new Network Partners to support our core objectives.
The role will also ensure that the reserves management processes are supported properly across the business and drive changes to the operational and systems processes supporting accurate reserves creation, maintenance, and closure at the most optimal time.
Provide reporting to the Head of Network relating to efficiencies achieved by optimisation within this business area.
Ensure that any chosen Third-Party Administrators complete and pass Collinson due diligence processes, and annual assessments as required by Collinson and Regulators.
Ensure that network and TPA partners provide excellence to Collinson customers, and that standards are measured and reported on a regular basis.
Responsible for maintaining and updating our Provider Database to support our Operational teams in identifying and using our preferred suppliers.
**Skills and Experience**
The individual must possess good attention to detail, strong organisational skills and be eager to learn.
Previous experience in a busy Admin/data base role is a must.
Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to influence as you will be communicating with suppliers and the wider team on a daily basis.
