**Purpose of role**

As an HR Business Partner at 1nebula, your purpose is to enable and drive the company's continued success by ensuring that our workforce is aligned with the company's vision, mission, and values. You will be responsible for partnering with the leadership team and managers to create and execute effective HR strategies, programs, and initiatives that support our business objectives.

**About the role - Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent that aligns with the organization's culture and values.
- Create and implement performance management strategies and tools to ensure that employees are meeting or exceeding performance expectations, and provide coaching and support to managers to improve their performance management skills.
- Design and implement learning and development programs that support the development of skills and capabilities required for future growth and development, including creating leadership development programs and career development plans.
- Foster employee engagement by developing and implementing strategies to measure and improve employee satisfaction, creating a culture of feedback, recognition, and appreciation.
- Ensure HR compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations by developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures, conducting regular audits and assessments, and providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies that create a welcoming and inclusive workplace, including building a diverse talent pipeline, promoting diversity awareness and education, and creating an environment where all employees can thrive.
- Use data and analytics to inform HR strategies and initiatives, including measuring and analyzing key HR metrics, identifying trends and patterns, and providing insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
- Act as a strategic partner to the business by working closely with the leadership team and managers to understand business objectives and priorities, and developing HR strategies and initiatives that support those objectives.

- You are driven and passionate about people and business
- You posses a Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related (essential).
- You have 4+ years of experience in an HR Generalist/Officer or similar role
- You possess excellent organizational skills, and team management skills
- You work comfortably under pressure and are able to meet tight deadlines.
- You are creative and innovative when it comes to simplifying HR processes
