nsure awareness and full understanding of the statutory requirements relating to the employment of labour, working conditions, welfare etc.
- Responsible for ensuring the recruitment of labour or personnel in accordance with the Industrial Relations Policy.
- Ensure that new labour or personnel is fully informed of the terms and conditions of employment and the type of work to be carried out, in particular ensure that they are aware of the terms of the Industrial Relations Policy, the ruling safety regulations and procedures.
- Advise all supervisory staff on all disciplinary matters and ensure that the correct disciplinary procedures are followed in each case.
- Represent the company at CCMA matters/Issues.
- Conduct Industrial Relation induction.

**Qualifications**:

- IR/HR Diploma or Degree.

**Skills**:

- Excellent organizational.
- Excellent communication.
- Good listener.

**Experience**:
5 Years in applicable Industrial Relations environment.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Waterkloof, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
