Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Internal Sales Representative to join their team. The Internal Sales Representative will play a key role in driving revenue growth by effectively promoting and selling their luxury holiday accommodations to prospective clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**:

- Identify client needs and preferences to recommend suitable accommodation options and packages.
- Effectively communicate the features, amenities, and benefits of our properties to prospective clients.
- Convert inquiries into bookings by providing exceptional customer service and personalized assistance throughout the sales process.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with their accommodations and address any concerns or feedback.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, including assistance with reservations, modifications, and special requests.
- **Sales Administration**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and bookings in the CRM system.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to management as required.
- Collaborate with the reservations team to ensure seamless booking processes and accurate guest information.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to identify opportunities for sales growth.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in sales, hospitality, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and verbal) required; additional languages preferred.
- Sales Training: Certification or training in sales techniques and customer relationship management is advantageous.
