**1.** **Purpose of the Job**

Responsible for providing support to strategic transaction services functions throughout the tendering process including sales, marketing, coordination of materials for all tenders, proposals, and pre-qualifications.

**2.** **Key Responsibilities**
- To assist with document control, printing, binding, collating information for bid/tender
- Liaise with other departments such as, logistics, operations, finance, payroll, and HR to acquire all necessary documentation and information needed to complete the tender
- Assisting with preparing and reviewing the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer
- Assist with risk tracking and management throughout the bid process
- Contributing to the written proposal - both in terms of content and presentation, such as preparation of a management summary and relevant reports)
- Assist to ensure the bid budget is on track
- Ensure all relevant signatures are on all the relevant documents before the tender is to be delivered or submitted
- Ensure timely submission of the tender
- Ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids
- Understand and resolve complex technical, strategic, and business issues
- Arrange all post bid review meetings with customers, post contract award
- Manage virtual bid teams and inputs from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery
- Assist to ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer
- Seek new business for specific portfolios
- Advertise the company services on professional platforms and new business seeking platforms
- Create and follow up on all new business seeking and related leads
- Perform Ad hoc administration duties when required.

**3.** **Educational Qualification**:

- Matric Certificate
- Diploma/Degree in Business Management
- Post graduate qualification in Business Management would be advantageous
- Office Administration Certificate
- Sales /Marketing Certificate/Diploma is advantageous

**4.** **Knowledge and Experience**:

- Minimum 2-4-year relevant practical experience
- Proficient knowledge of MS office package: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

**7.** **Working Conditions**
- Will be required to work overtime from time to time with short notice

**Salary**: R9,000.00 - R13,000.00 per month
